Learn or contribute your skills in organic gardening, carpentry, architecture, mechanics, dance, cooking, working with animals, music, computer arts, sculpting and more. We are located on 200 acres that border the Monongahela National Forest in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia.
#1. How would I go about setting up a visit or living there?
a) Please write something about yourself and why you would like to live with us. What is it about Zendik that you’re interested in?
b) Call (304) 799-7281 or email mail@zendik.org and arrange a short visit (anywhere from a weekend to two weeks) with us.
c) At the end of your visit we sit down face to face and see if it’s working for both of us.
d) If so, you can enter into a three month apprenticeship and then we go from there!
e) Be prepared to work hard because we all do and really that’s how we get to know each other and survive
